We service and ship nationally and internationally. For domestic purchases, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express and money orders in (US currency) are accepted forms of payment. Personal checks are accepted; however goods will not be shipped until the check clears the bank. Available modes of shipment are FEDEX, UPS Ground and Air, Parcel Post and Air Parcel Post. In-stock parts and accessories ordered by 12.:00 noon, E.S.T., Monday-Friday, are normally shipped the same day.

For international customers, we accept bank wire transfers, cashier's checks and personal checks (allowing time to clear before shipment).
Wire Transfer: Once you have decided on your purchase and we have determined the shipping cost, you can wire payment to

We do not accept credit cards from certain countries due to high frequency of fraud. Among these are Ukraine, Indonesia, the Philippines, Korea, Japan, China, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia, Pakistan, Malaysia, all South American countries, African countries and Israel.

If you intend to ask us to accept your credit card, expect to provide extensive documentation proving your identity and ownership of the card. As a minimum, new international credit card customers must fax (804-725-5510) or e-mail the following information:
| Copy of a government photo identification, (passport or drivers license) showing signature and address. | |
| Complete telephone numbers where you can be reached at work and at home, including country code. | |
| A readable copy of the credit card (CC) front and back showing signature. | |
| The first page of the previous month's CC statement showing name address and CC number. | |
| A hand written signed authorization for Queens Creek Co. to charge the CC the appropriate amount. | |
| Shipment of the order will only be made to the name and address shown on the billing statement. | |
| Customs arrangements are YOUR responsibility. We will provide whatever documentation you request but will insure the shipment for full value to protect against loss. |
