Selected by subscribers of Chesapeake Bay Magazine as best bait and tackle shop on the entire Chesapeake Bay 2 years running!  Thank you!   Pictures of Notable Fish Weighed at our Store We now stock    The synthetic alternative to natural cut bait.   These products, especially the Bag-O-Worms, out-fish natural bait.  The synthetic bloodworms far outsell live worms, require no refrigeration and have at least a 1 year shelf life.  They are fished by cutting pieces 1/4" to 3/8" long and placing this bit of bait on the hook.  It lasts about 10 minutes before completely dissolving and is normally good for several fish.  At $7.29 a package, the  Bag-O-Worms yield is about 70 baits cut 1/4 to 3/8 inches long and the cost is about 1/2 of bloodworms for a comparable number of baits.  We also carry FishBites in Clam, Shrimp and Crab flavors.  They are $6.59 a package and we will ship them anywhere.
